Small fixes for the new PR page
    
    This commit fixes some unit-tests failures, use loop.index rather
    than relying on a manually set count variable in a loop, that fixes
    the link on the right hand side to the file changed in the diff tab.
    Finally this removes some trailing spaces in a few files.
