Fix test for pushing to non-bare repo in private repo
    
    Introducing the new VIRUS_SCAN conf and also the new way of writing
    test in pagure, things were leading to 'not able to push to non-bare repo'
    these changes are fix those error in the tests.
    
    Also changing of get_project to _get_project
