minor fixes
    
    - allow l10n for new dock & widget files
    - sound delay widget now uses canvas FPS
    - properly initialize Widget_Soundwave properties from initialization list
    - fix possible(?) NULL deference when there is no audio
    - setting channel index was not redrawing widget
    - fix color and width of current time line
